Alf originally installed our Baxi boiler and has serviced it every year. When it developed a fault he advised us to have it fixed under the Baxi warranty, by a Baxi engineer. He contacted Baxi personally for us. This was brilliant advice, the job was done at no charge. I think possibly Alf has some influence with the Baxi company, because the job was undertaken and dealt with in no time at all. If anyone needs a boiler, go to Alf's gas, you won't regret it.
